Psalm 39(15-18) [3]

39:15 Let them be confounded and ashamed together, that seek after my soul * to take it away.

39:15 Let them be turned backward and be ashamed * that desire evils to me.

39:16 Let them immediately bear their confusion, * that say to me: ’T is well, ’t is well.

39:17 Let all that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: * and let such as love thy salvation say always: The Lord be magnified.

39:18 But I am a beggar and poor: * the Lord is careful for me.

39:18 Thou art my helper and my protector: * O my God, be not slack.

V. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, * and to the Holy Ghost.

R. As it was in the beginning, is now, * and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
