Hello, Dear Readers. I pray that your Advent preparations have borne much fruit, and that you and your loved ones enjoy with serenity and confidence, amidst the perils of the world, the birth of the One and Only Saviour of Man.
As for me, I had a bit of a health scare and brief hospitalization for a few days of observation. But, as I have no direct testimony to offer about any of Hillary’s crimes, I have returned home unscathed.
There is One Lord, Jesus Christ. He founded One Church, outside of which there is no salvation. His Church is visible, and ruled on Earth by the Sovereign Pontiff, His Vicar. There is only one of those holding that office at any one time. He teaches infallibly on faith and morals. Submission to the Roman Pontiff is necessary for salvation.
Friends, as we contemplate the cesspool in Rome and the world at large, do not doubt your sanity or your Catholicity if you notice the stench. It is not insane or schismatic to want to submit to the pope so much that you would actually like to know his identity.
As time speeds on, and more and more people abandon belief in Christ and His Church, I like to think that each sincere believer who celebrates the Birth of Christ and what it really means is more precious to Him. After all, in His discourse on the end of times, He wondered whether, when the Son of Man returns, would He find any faith on earth? Let us beg His grace to be faithful when He returns. Let us beg Our Mother Mary to cover us with her mantle.
Yes, it is a little early. But Merry, Merry Christmas to you all!
